Biotin-Eltrombopag

Biotin-Etrombopag is a targeted research probe molecule constructed by covalently attaching biotin tags to the parent nucleus of Etrombopag, which is only used for chemical biology target research. It can accurately fish for the direct binding proteins of eltrombopag in cells. In addition to known TPO receptors, it can systematically screen for potential off target or new targets, explaining its pharmacological mechanism in super indications such as aplastic anemia.
